HOME BUILDERS: Because of the difficult economic times, the home builder needs all of the needed
tools to market his homes. The virtual tour allows the potential buyer to view several of the builder's homes within a limited
time frame. This allows the builder to showcase all of his properties at one time.
INSURANCE VERIFICATION: Because of the changing policies of insurance carriers, the homeowner
must be able to provide proof of ownership when filing a claim due to weather damage, fire, or theft. The virtual tour
allows a room by room record of the household goods. We provide two DVDs for the homeowner
that can be played back to the insurance company in the event of filing a claim. This eliminates any questions over household
goods that are filed for in the insurance claim.
